WooRestauPOS – Real time auto printing & order management. A WordPress theme & Windows program paired together to mange orders and print them real time on any printer. It prints items with quantity & table number for your kitchen as well as generate & print he bill without going to desk. WooRestauPOS help you to save time and increase productivity.
How to Place an Order:
To place an order follow the below steps:
Step 1: Waiters login to their respective account to pace orders. This is for to check who have taken what orders later at end of day.
Step 2: Tap/click on the category from which item(s) will be added for the new order. It will show all products from that category, just tap/click on add to cart button under respective items.
Step 3: Then choose a table number by tapping/clicking on “Please select table” drop-down on your hand held device and click on “Place order” button.
Step 4: It will open the “Order summery” page that will show all the items chosen for this order.
Step 5: Confirm the items and click on “Place Order”, it will place the order and open the menus page again for new orders. At same time your order will be printed on a chosen printer. If this order contain both food and drink, it will print out two slips, one containing only food items & another one containing only drink items. like below.
How to add more items on demand for an ongoing order:
Step 1: Add some product in cart.
Step 2: All currently booked tables of the restaurant & bar are shown at right side, just click/tap on the “Add/Merge” button for the tables on which these new items should be added. After adding new items currently ordered items will be updated instantly, it will show items by grouping food & drink categories.
At the same time it will print the newly ordered item on your specified printer inside restaurant & bar. This print will contains just table number and name of item(s)ordered and price. Again It will group items by food & drink categories and will print either drink slip or dish slip or both whatever items are added.
After payment complete any the order and mark the table as empty.
To remove the order from table
Step 1: Simply, click on “clear” button. It will remove order from product.
How to make full invoice for your customer
To print full invoice anyone just need to tap/click on “Invoice” button under respective table number from your phone/iPad/tablet, it will print the total invoice on that specified printer and this time it will be a single invoice containing all items from both food & drink categories along with your logo, restaurant/bar address, VAT, date, time & table number.
As soon as “Invoice” button it tapped/clicked it will print the complete invoice on your printer. like below:
How to make partial invoice for Dishes
Step 1: To make partial invoice for dishes. Click on “Print Dishes” button.
Step 2: It will open a pdf with your order. There you will get a printer icon on top of your right hand. So, you click on that icon and it will open printer dialogue box.
How to make partial invoice for Drinks
Step 1: To make partial invoice for dishes. Click on “Print Drinks” button.
Step 2: It will open a pdf with your order. There you will get a printer icon on top of your right hand. So, you click on that icon and it will open printer dialogue box.
How to get back cleared order:
If somehow you cleared order from table and you want to get back that your order in table than follow the steps:
Step 1: You can see a select option in your right hand side.
Step 2: You can see all completed order in dropdown. So click on dropdown and select an order which you want to get back.
Step 3: Then click on “Get Back Cleared Order” button.
After click on the button you can see that order will get back into the table.

How to auto print:
Step 1:
Download this zip (LINK HERE) and extract extract to your “My document” on windows 7 and to your “Document” folder for windows 10 operated laptop/desktop. Make sure your system has a active internet connection.
So finally you will have this directories at this paths
C:\Users\[your_user_name]\Documents\bycinvoice\invoice\
C:\Users\[your_user_name]\Documents\bycinvoice\byclastorder.xml
If it asks for password during extraction/unzipping, please provide password as “byconsole” (without quotes)
Step 2:
Now download the program (LINK HERE), and install it on a Microsoft Windows operated system to which your printer is attached. If it asks for password during extraction/unzipping, please provide password as “byconsole” (without quotes)
Once installed simply run it. Also it will auto run first time after installation as well. Every time the program starts you will see an console window is opened, it will ask for password to start the auto printing task, provide password as you set this up in our system(default is “byconsole” without quotes) and hit enter key on keyboard. Just make sure you have a printer is attached to this Windows operated system, now try to place on order on the ordering system and it will auto print all new items/orders/bills as described above.

Now try to place any new order or add items to any ongoing order, you will see your printer started to print whenever a new order is placed or any new item is added to any ongoing order. You can minimize the program window, it will keep running and printing in silent mode, and you can use your system for other tasks.
